Kilby Terms of Service

Privacy Policy

These Terms of Service are the basic rules for using Kilby. If you use Kilby, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using Kilby

• Use Kilby only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for the prompts, files, connected accounts, and activity tied to your account.
• You may not try to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with Kilby or its systems.

Your Account

• You are responsible for access to your sign-in method and any connected third-party services.
• Some features require purchased credits and may also require Google authorization.
• Kilby may restrict access if the service is abused or if that is necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Credits and Billing

• Kilby operates on a prepaid credit model. To use Kilby's assistant features, you must purchase credits through the Settings panel.
• Credits are consumed as you use the service and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Kilby uses credits to call Anthropic's API on your behalf. You are not required to provide your own API key.
• Kilby may update credit pricing or consumption rates from time to time. Current pricing is shown in the app.

Third-Party Services

Kilby depends on third-party services, including Anthropic, Google, Firebase, and related cloud tools. If those services change, fail, or limit access, Kilby features may also change or stop working.

Your Content

You keep responsibility for the prompts, attachments, and other content you submit. You give Kilby only the rights needed to process that content to operate the service.

No Guarantees

Kilby is provided "as is" and "as available." Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.

Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kilby and its publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.

Ending Access

You may stop using Kilby at any time. Kilby may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if continued access would create security, legal, or operational risk.

Changes

Kilby may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, the effective date on this page will be updated.
