Delete your Kilby account and data

This page explains how Kilby users can permanently delete their account and associated data without reinstalling the Android app.

Request deletion online

1. Open Kilby Web using the button below.
2. Sign in with the same Google account or email account used for Kilby.
3. Open Settings and select Delete Account.
4. Follow the confirmation prompt to permanently delete the account.

For security, Kilby may ask you to sign in again immediately before completing deletion.

Data deleted with the account

The deletion process removes the Kilby account and associated operational data, including:

• Firebase sign-in account and authentication identity.
• Saved chats, threads, and messages.
• Profile information, preferences, and agent settings.
• Kilby workspace files associated with the account.
• Active Kilby sessions.
• Stored Google and Slack connection tokens.

Data that may be retained

Kilby may retain limited purchase, payment, credit-usage, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, accounting, and audit records when required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Retained records are not used to keep the deleted Kilby account active.

Delete selected data without deleting the account

Signed-in users can delete individual saved chat threads from Kilby without deleting their entire account. Connected services can also be disconnected from Settings to revoke the corresponding stored tokens.
